One of my AVI videos is not properly played in Quicktime, but I managed to play this file format in Elmedia Player with good resolution and no bugs.
Works well
Elmedia player works well. It has some nice features, such as air-play or streaming via chromecast. Use it often to watch movies on the bigger screen of my Samsung smart TV. It can also take snap shots at any point on a video file, while it’s being played.

Great one
There are so many presets for audio adjustments and even manual settings. However, audio always seems flat (even with set EQ). Player has a clear picture and nice UI, video looks good.
